The dispatch form is filled with the name, address and telephone number of the sender and the recipient.  Is also filled with the delivery date, weight, number of pieces, as well as the time of the dispatch and delivery, the name of the recipient and the cost. 

At the back of the dispatch form you will find KANGA SERVICES transfer conditions.  Please read the conditions carefully and fill the voucher with capital letters. 

Each voucher has a number so that you can track at any time your shipment.

This form is our company’s innovation. 

For any changes or new addresses concerning the consignee, you will be informed with our official change of address form, so that you can update your files.

If your shipment cannot be delivered, then we leave the notification form to the consignee door, so as to inform him that we were there the specific date and time.

The form is filled with the voucher number, our telephone numbers so as the consignee can call us and set an appointment to deliver the shipment as soon as possible.

This is also another KANGA SERVICES innovation. You will find your package with this sticker form, on all your returned shipments and we always inform you why the dispatch wasn’t delivered. 

We also inform you via fax why it wasn’t delivered, so as to inform us how you would like us to proceed with your shipment.
