Our customer care trained stuff follows up your dispatch from the receipt to the final destination.  After the delivery you will be informed through FAX – Telephone or E-mail.

The time frame for the dispatches is from half an hour and then it depends from the destination area between the sender and the addressee and of course according to the special conditions or circumstances that affect the procedure for example a dispatch in the center of Athens normally takes 30΄ to 90΄.
The VIP services can also be used in the provinces, assuring early dispatch which process includes tracking in five phases. The VIP services can be used for example for the dispatch of quotations for tenders, for very urgent dispatches as well as dispatches with a very special value.
